    Managing Self

Self-management is the ability to quickly scan a range of potential responses to any situation, then choosing the one that leads to preferable outcomes. It means being aware of your automatic, hair-trigger emotional response - your autopilot – and overriding it when necessary.

    Managing Others

We all have biases – that is unavoidable. Whether it’s someone’s race, gender, age or weight, we make assumptions about people based on biases and stereotypes. How can we manage that?

    Leadership / Managing Managers

When you’re managing managers, your responsibilities are two-fold: you need to make sure they’re producing good work (as with any employee) and that they’re effectively supporting their teams. You might know how to do the former, but how do you do the latter? Do you need to provide training? Coaching? And how do you serve as a good role model?

    Campus to Corporate

Expectations and responsibilities in the workplace are very different compared to what is experienced in college. Our Campus to Corporate training is a soft skills program that enables New Joinees, MTs (Management Trainees) and GETs/DETs (Graduate / Diploma Engineer Trainees) to transition smoothly into corporate life.
