Our latest Experiential Module – “Team Building using Photography” was a hit and out of the 40 participants, 39 did not even know, how to use a DSLR!
The workshop focussed on basics of photography equipment (being responsible, mature and trustworthy); how to explore a topic and idea (planning, curiosity and learning); and how to work in teams in order to produce a project (team work, communication).
Novices, produced some great clicks! We present a few images.
The buzz afterwards, of teams sharing their photographs and its interpretations, was amazing!
The novelty of the activity and the challenges to be overcome, brought out the natural instincts of all participants, leading to a highly effective absorption, of the learning’s.
Needless to say, participants imbibed a whole new experience, other than contemplating taking up a new hobby!
